NAVITUS - NEW PHARMACY ADMINISTRATOR FOR 2018

If you enrolled in one of Marquette University’s medical plans for 2018, Navitus Health Solutions will manage your prescription drug coverage.

Starting on January 1, 2018, you can go online to find information specific to your plan. Your formulary, pharmacy search tool, cost compare tool and other information about your pharmacy benefit can be found on the Navi-Gate® for Members portal. To begin, use your Navitus pharmacy benefit ID number. It is a combination of the Member ID followed by your two digit person code found on your Medical ID card (ex. 1871353900).

This portal can be found at www.navitus.com. Click ‘Click here for new registrations’ and complete your demographic information as well as create a username and password. If you have questions, or need assistance with registration, please call Navitus Customer Care. They can be reached toll-free at: 866-333-2757.

RX MAIL ORDER

Navitus Health Solutions partners with NoviXus Pharmacy Services to offer mail order services. Drugs available through mail order include prescriptions covered as part of your pharmacy benefit. Mail order service is recommended for maintenance (long term) drugs only.

Step 1: Enroll - Complete the mail order enrollment process on line at www.novixus.com. You may also contact NoviXus at 888-240-2211.

Step 2: Fill you Prescription - Mail the original prescription to NoviXus with your enrollment form or have your health care provider send the prescription directly to NoviXus. You provider can send the prescription to NoviXus through the following options:

Step 3: Complete Payment - Make your payment by phone at 888-240-2211 or by mail. NoviXus accepts checks or major credit cards and/or FSA and HSA Debit Cards.

Once you've received your first prescription via mail order, refills can be ordered using any of the following methods:

Refill orders should be places three weeks prior to when the medication will be needed. NoviXus will not automatically refill your prescriptions.

 

RETIRE U WORKSHOP SERIES

The Retire U workshop series offers a comprehensive financial education program that complements your existing benefit offerings while providing you with the information you need to achieve your financial goals. AND it’s provided at no cost. The sophomore workshop is for those ages 50 and over.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The Aurora Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a benefit for all Marquette University employees, spouses and dependents. The EAP provides work-life services, short-term counseling, referrals and resource identification. Services provided are kept 100% confidential.

The EAP website has been redesigned. Now members can enjoy a more user-friendly experience with easier access to helpful resources.

There is a new feature! Members will no longer need to sign in with a password. EAP has created a secure link for members to easily accesss the information.

Once on the new EAP site, members will need to choose the "For Employee" section.
