Ello and Guido Brink Scholarship

Guido Brink was a recognized artist and teacher who played a leading role in Milwaukee’s visual arts community. Ello Brink was an accomplished editor and architectural critic. Together they were major contributors to art education and the arts in Milwaukee.

Purpose of the fund is to provide financial aid to students enrolled in the Performing Arts, specifically majoring in Theater in the College of Communications at MU. This is not intended to be a need-based scholarship award.

Awarded through spring audition competition.

  • $2,500/year

Deadline

  • January 15 (apply for admission)

Selection Guidelines

  • High school seniors entering the Diederich College of Communication.
  • Preference given to theatre majors.
  • International students are not eligible for this scholarship.
