Retaliation
It is a violation of university policy to retaliate against any person reporting or filing a complaint of harassment, discrimination, or sexual misconduct. Such conduct may also be prohibited by law.
“Retaliation” is defined as any adverse action taken against a person making a complaint of prohibited conduct or against any person involved or participating in the investigation of any such allegation.
Report alleged acts of retaliation to the Title IX coordinator, MUPD, and/or to Advocacy Services.
