The Wellness Center offers group fitness, personal training and fitness assessments. Our staff is dedicated to the promotion and maintenance of a healthy and active lifestyle.
In the Wellness Center, all employees are certified personal trainers, exercise physiology majors and trained in health and wellness. We want to inform you about your current health, and will provide the resources to maintain or improve your health based on your needs and goals.

A complete fitness assessment includes blood pressure, height and weight measurements, body mass index, body fat percentage, submaximal VO2 test, flexibility assessment and nutrition analysis.
Personal training can help you reach your health and fitness goals. Your trainer will develop a personalized program that is perfect for you and will support you with expert knowledge, coaching and motivation to help you look, feel and live better.
