I ran on the track team at Marquette, and when I found a school that had an excellent program related to sports, I was sold. I also loves the campus size and the people, which make it easy to adjust. As long as you study hard and get involved in activities, you will succeed.

As an international student, choosing Marquette University was one of the best choices I have ever made in my life (as far as studying is concerned). I love my classes and the new engineering facilities. Being at Marquette is like being in "a sea of diverse cultures." I don't need to travel to Asia, Europe or Latin America to learn about other cultures, since I can just learn about them here from other international students.

After living in India for nine years, and then Mexico City for over ten, coming to the United States was a really big change for me. The day I arrived everyone was so friendly and welcoming, that I felt at home right away. The business school is very unique with quality career counseling and study abroad programs. I really like all the different opportunities that MU has for us, especially for the international students, both academically and socially.

My first thoughts about coming to Marquette were to follow my father's footsteps. I arrived with engineering in mind, but along the way my interests changed towards marketing. I'm part of the Marketing club here, which gives me great experience in the field. Few places will have such a large number of good-willed people like Marquette who make college a great experience.
