United States Society on Dams Scholarship
Amount:  $1,000 or $10,000
Deadline:  February 19, 2017

Applicant must be a U.S. college or university junior or senior undergraduate, or graduate student whose academic programs and research studies have a potential for developing solutions to design, analysis, construction, operation, safety, environmental, maintenance and rehabilitation problems related to dams.  Applicant must be a USSD student member.

UNCF Stem Scholars
Amount:  $25,000

Applicant must be an African American and a graduating high school senior with a minimum 3.0 GPA.  Applicant must have a demonstrated high level of academic performance in math and science and be planning to pursue a STEM major.  Applicant must demonstrate financial need and be a legal U.S. resident.

AACE International Competitive Scholarship

Applicant must have completed one year of college and be currently enrolled as a full-time student for the fall term.  Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be pursuing a program in Engineering, Business, Building Construction, or Quantity Surveying.

The Buick Achievers Scholarship Program
Amount:  Up to $25,000
Deadline:  February 28, 2017

Applicants must be high school seniors or high school graduates who are first-time college students in the fall of 2017 and who plan to major in a course of study that focuses on STEM.  Other eligible majors include Marketing, Accounting, Finance and Business.  Scholarship recipients will demonstrate an interest in pursuing a career in the automotive or related industries using these areas of study.

National Association of Women in Construction Scholarship
Amount:  $500 - $2,500

Applicant must be currently enrolled full-time in a construction-related degree program at a school in the United States or Canada, and must have at least one term remaining. Applicant must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Applicant may be any currently enrolled freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior who will be registered as an undergraduate in fall 2017 studying in the field of engineering.  Applicant must be a member of his/her local ASCCE Student Chapter and be an ASCE Society Student Member.  Membership applications may be submitted with scholarship application.

Applicant must be a high school senior of African descent who plans to attend a four-year college or university in the fall of the year following graduation.  Applicant must plan to pursue a degree in engineering, computer science, computer information, or select business programs, such as finance, business administration or marketing.  Applicant must have a cumulative 3.3 or higher GPA.

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior, or a first, second or third year student currently enrolled in a full accredited college or university.  Applicant must be a full-time student in good academic standing.  Applicants must be members of the AIST Midwest chapter or the dependent of a member of the AIST Midwest chapter.  Engineering as a major is not a requirement for all scholarships.

Applicant must be a U.S. resident who is pursuing an engineering degree at an ABET accredited school (any undergraduate level) with a cumulative 3.0 GPA.  Applicant must have SAT scores of at least 600 for math and at least 550 for critical reading; or a composite ACT score of at least 27.  Applicant must demonstrate financial need as determined by the FASFA.
