STEM Teachers Scholarship
Deadline: April 22, 2016
Applicants must be undergraduate students enrolled full time at an accredited college or university in the U.S. majoring in secondary education for the purpose of teaching STEM subjects in a middle or secondary school. Applicant must be a current sophomore, junior or senior student. Graduate candidates must be currently enrolled in at least two (semester-equivalent) classes at an accredited U.S. college or university. A minimum overall GPA of 3.0 is required.
Teachers Make Teachers Scholarship
Deadline: April 30, 2016
Applicant may be any high school senior or currently enrolled college student with a minimum 3.0 GPA and aspirations to be a teacher.
Burlington Northern Santa Fe Foundation Scholarship
Deadline: May 2, 2016
Available to American Indian high school seniors, who reside in states serviced by the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Pacific Corporation and its affiliated companies: AZ, CA, CO, KS, MN, MO, NM, ND, OK, OR, SD, and WA. Eligible majors include business, engineering, math, medicine/health administration, natural/physical sciences, technology and education.
Middle School Mathematics Teacher Scholarship
Deadline: May 6, 2016
Applicant must be completing their junior year and plan to enroll full-time in the next academic year with a career goal of becoming a certified teacher of middle school mathematics. Applicant must be a student member of NCTM.
Secondary School Mathematics Teacher Scholarship
Amount: Up to $10,000
Deadline: May 6, 2016
Applicant must be completing their sophomore year of college, scheduling for full-time study in the next academic year, and pursuing a career goal of becoming a certified teacher of secondary school mathematics.
Deadline: May 31, 2016
Applicant must be a Health Sciences major, a Special Needs Education major, or a student with a disability of any major.
Bright Futures Scholarships
Amount: $250 - $2,500
Deadline: June 10, 2016
Applicants must be students enrolled full-time in an accredited degree program who have demonstrated potential as teachers of young children under the age of 8 and have at least nine months of experience working with this age group.
The JAM Paper Teacher Scholarship
Deadline: July 15, 2016
Applicant may be any student who is pursuing a career in Education at an accredited U.S. institution.
