The MU_Student wireless network memorizes your Marquette username and password — unlike the MU_Wireless network. The MU_Wireless network remains an option but still requires periodic login.

About Wireless Access

Marquette University provides a secured wireless network for students, faculty and staff to gain Internet access for wireless laptops and other devices.

What do I need to get wireless?

To use Marquette's wireless network, students, faculty and staff need a wireless network card that supports the 802.11a/g/n networking standard. Note: Your computer may first require security or software updates in order to connect to the wireless network. To obtain these updates your computer must be connected to the Internet via a wall jack.
