2018 ANNUAL BENEFITS ENROLLMENT

The annual enrollment for 2018 benefits will begin on 10/23/17 and will run through midnight on 11/10/17.

The open enrollment process is completed through the MyJob portal. With the exception of the Flexible Spending (FSA) and MetLaw elections, all other current elections you have will roll over into 2018.  If you would like to confirm or change anything about your benefit coverage in 2018, you will need to go to MyJob and click on the MU Benefit Annual Enrollment portal. Marquette strongly encourages employees to review their elections, as there are changes in pharmacy coverage, health insurance premiums, and out of pocket (OOP) maximums for 2018.

Log in to https://myjob.mu.edu and select MU Benefits Annual Enrollment. 

Benefit elections and/or modifications made during the open enrollment period will be effective January 1, 2018, and will remain in effect for the entire calendar year (January 1 through December 31). Mid-year changes are not allowed unless you experience a qualified life event and provide timely notification to HR-Benefits (within 30 calendar days of the event).

 

2018 HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENT (HRA)

The university's annual enrollment period for 2018 benefit elections will be held from October 23, 2017 through November 10, 2017. The HRA is a two step process. Both steps of the HRA must be completed by you and your covered spouse to be considered for the 2018 incentive

Marquette University has partnered with Aurora Health Care and Preventure to oversee the HRA process, including conducting the on-campus biometric screenings and providing educational resources to those individuals whose situation may be in need of medical support. We encourage all employees and spouses to direct questions to Aurora, Preventure or their primary care provider about their biometric results.

Health Risk Assessment (HRA) participants enrolling in the CPHP plan will receive a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) contribution of $125 for Single coverage or $250 for non-Single (Employee+1 or Family) coverage. HRA participants enrolling in the AHDHP or EHDHP plan will receive a Health Savings Account (HSA) contribution of $250 for Single coverage or $500 for non-Single coverage. Covered spouses must also complete the HRA process (in addition to the employee) in order for the employee to receive the incentive. Children do not need to complete the HRA. These incentives will be made available at the start of the plan year.

Marquette University launched a NEW interactive, personalized wellness portal on October 1, 2017. Visit marquettewellness.preventure.com to complete the Health Assessment and engage in wellness resources.
