Due to high demand, we are no longer accepting applications for travel awards for trips taken during the fall semester.
You may now apply for awards for travel that will take place after January 1, 2016. Applications for the spring awards will be reviewed after December 1, 2015.
Graduate Student Research Travel Awards are made based on two time periods: July 1 to Dec. 31, and Jan. 1 to June 30. During these periods, applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, and awards are made based on the date of the conference presentation. Students can only apply once for each conference presentation and may only receive one award per academic year. The student must apply before travel takes place. The typical amount of a Graduate School travel award per student per academic year is $300.
