Exchange Club Golf Outing to Benefit Marquette Behavior Clinic

Released: 7-23-13

Support the work of the Behavior Clinic by attending the Twenty-fourth Annual Exchange Club Charity Golf Tournament on Monday, September 9, 2013!

Take advantage of the opportunity to golf the Milwaukee area’s most talked about Private Club, The Legend at Brandybrook, a 7,000 yard championship course featuring over 200 feet of elevation change and set on a sprawling 309 acres.

The proceeds generated from this golf outing are used to support the "Exchange Club Scholar." This is a two-year position for a doctoral student to work at the Behavior Clinic, providing direct clinical services to young children and their families living in poverty, training graduate students as family counselors, and participating in the clinic's research program.

The funds support the doctoral student's full tuition and a 12 month stipend (currently about $33,000/year). The Exchange Club has sponsored five Marquette doctoral students to date, including the current Exchange Scholar, Joanna Love, who will start Aug 1, 2013.
