Welcome Employers

The Marquette University Career Services Center partners with employers in a variety of ways. Our program includes free, unlimited job and internship postings, on campus interviewing in professional interview suites, and career fairs and career events throughout the year.

We are excited to tell you that we've transitioned to Handshake! Handshake is a modern platform for college recruiting that has replaced MU Career Manager. Handshake offers the same recruiting functionality, including job postings, career fair registration and on campus interview scheduling in an intuitive, mobile friendly design. Handshake also makes it easier for employers to manage their on-campus recruiting activities at multiple campuses from one dashboard.

We look forward to working with you!

Kristin Adler, Assistant Director - Employer and Campus Relations
Liz Baird, Coordinator- Employer Relations

Who should I contact if I need assistance setting up a Handshake account?

Handshake offers an online help center for employers who need assistance with the system: Handshake Help Center. This is the best place to learn helpful tips about how to utilize your account.

Have my job postings and account information (profile, events, expired jobs, etc.) on MU Career Manager been transferred to Handshake?

No, job postings on MU Career Manager did not transfer to Handshake. Profile information, past events and interviews schedules did not transfer to Handshake. Employers access to MU Career Manager closed on July 25, 2016.

I want to post jobs to both the WIPCCC Jobs Consortium and to Marquette, what should I do?
