KARENE FISCHER BOOS, PT '95
Elkhart Lake, Wis.
Karene has worked for 20 years not only as a physical therapist in a number of settings, but she has also served the people of Tanzania through multiple mission projects, including recently founding ZeruZeru Inc. to help people who live with albinism.
Young Alumna of the Year Award
Nine years after graduating, Karen still draws on her Marquette experience daily as a pediatric speech-language pathologist at Chicago Speech Therapy, a speech therapy practice she founded where she’s passionately committed to making a difference in the lives of children.
